States Shipping
We will ship most of orders within 3 business
days.
Standard Delivery -- For a small $2.00
flat shipping rate, we will deliver your order to your home or
office within United States (including
US Alaska and Hawaii).
The shipping will be made with standard
Fedex/UPS/USPS ground shipping.
We
will process your order and deliver your
package within
7 - 10 business days. Order
processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through
Friday. Orders taken on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are processed
the next business day.
Express delivery -- Listed
below. Available only in the contiguous United States.
5-day
delivery: We will process your
order and deliver your package within 5
business days.
3-day
delivery: We will process your order
and deliver your package within 3
business days.
Order

days Return - Replacement and Returns Policy
100% customer satisfaction is
our goal.
Damaged
Items: If you receive the damaged or wrong item, please
contact us within 10 days of receiving the merchandise and we will
issue credit or send replacements. No claims will be accepted after
10 days.
Returns: Please follow the following steps--

within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Please
specify the order number, address, name, products if applicable.
We will issue you a Return number together with the return

Securely package the item(s) to be returned.

Return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice.
We recommend using a carrier that provides a package tracking
number.
Once
we received the merchandise and we will issue refund to you

3 business days. Shipping Charge is not refundable.
